My favorite example is the blacklist. There is 0 reason for the blacklist to be handled server side, since it doesn't affect anything the server does (ie, duty matching). Off the top of my head I recommend Simple Tweaks, NoClippy, Penny Pincher, MacroChain (for crafting), Penumbra (for aesthetic/appearance mod management), and Glamourer (absolute god for glamour previews) for general QoL purposes.
